Lorenzo Musetti is the sixth player to qualify for the Intesa Sanpaolo Next Gen ATP Finals in Milan, to be played from 9-13 November.

The Italian will make his debut at the 21-and-under-tournament after enjoying a standout year in which he rose from No. 128 in the FedEx ATP Rankings to a career-high No. 57 in September.

Musetti earned his first Top 10 win when he upset then-World No. 9 Diego Schwartzman en route to the semi-finals of the Abierto Mexicano Telcel presentado por HSBC in Acapulco. He also advanced to the last four in Lyon, where he defeated fellow #NextGenATP stars Felix Auger-Aliassime and Sebastian Korda.

In his maiden major appearance at Roland Garros, the 19-year-old reached the fourth round. Musetti led World No. 1 Novak Djokovic by two-sets-to-love at that stage before the Serbian rallied to advance.

Musetti joins Jannik Sinner, Auger-Aliassime, Carlos Alcaraz, Korda and Jenson Brooksby in the Milan field.

Did You Know?
Musetti has a tattoo of a heartbeat with a tennis racquet on his left tricep. “You can imagine how important tennis is in my life,” he said about the tattoo.
